Acceptance of these terms
By using YTMP4, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
What YTMP4 does
YTMP4 converts a YouTube link into an MP4 or MP3 file, at whatever quality the original video provides. The service is free and needs no account or software installation.
Your responsibility for what you download
YTMP4 doesn't host or store the videos it converts. Every video stays on YouTube, YTMP4 only reads it when you provide a link.
Whether downloading a specific video is legal depends on copyright law, the content itself, your intended use, and YouTube's own Terms of Service. YTMP4 takes no position on any individual download and doesn't review what gets converted. Download only videos you own or have clear permission to use. When in doubt, don't.
Acceptable use
Don't use YTMP4 to violate copyright law or break YouTube's Terms of Service. Don't attempt to overload, disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the service.
No account, no warranty
YTMP4 is provided as-is, with no account system and no guarantee of uptime or output quality. Available formats and resolutions depend entirely on what the source video provides, not on any promise made here.
Limitation of liability
YTMP4 isn't liable for how a downloaded file gets used or for any resulting copyright claim. Use the service at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change without individual notice. Continuing to use YTMP4 after a change means you accept the updated version.
